Guay Tiew, our way

Guay Tiew

Guay Tiew doesn’t have to be what you expect. Here, flavor comes first.

Our pork meatballs don’t need to be perfectly round to be right. House crispy pork rind—or even crispy pork fat—belongs wherever it tastes good.

Our minced pork patties, inspired by my grandmother’s cooking, are one of the foundations here—the kind of flavor we pair with almost any broth. Even our vegetable-forward broths don’t hold back; they’re just as bold as our bone broths.

We believe good food shouldn’t be complicated or expensive to be satisfying. It should be quick when you need it, comforting when your day feels long, and consistent enough that you crave it again tomorrow.

A neighborhood spot you can count on—a familiar place for a bowl of Guay Tiew.
